This Privacy Policy describes how Ulysses CRM, owned and operated by Ithaca Enterprises, LLC (“Ulysses,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users access and use the Ulysses CRM platform.
This policy applies solely to the Ulysses CRM software platform and does not apply to brokerage services, MLS systems, open house sign-ins, or third-party websites.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, login credentials, role designation, and account settings.
Users may enter and store contact details, transaction records, property information, engagement history, tasks, notes, and related real estate business data (“Customer Data”). This data is created, controlled, and managed by the user.
If you connect a Gmail or Outlook account through OAuth authorization, we may retrieve and store permitted email headers, metadata, and message content solely to provide CRM functionality. OAuth tokens are securely stored and used only for authorized access.
Ulysses CRM integrates with OpenAI services to provide optional AI features, such as summaries and search assistance. When you initiate an AI feature, selected CRM content may be transmitted to OpenAI for processing. AI processing occurs only when triggered by the user. AI outputs may be stored within the system.

Ulysses CRM operates as a multi-tenant platform. Each account’s data is logically isolated from other users. Users cannot access the CRM data of other users.

Ulysses CRM relies on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting and database services. While commercially reasonable measures are taken to maintain system integrity and availability, Ulysses CRM does not guarantee the availability, recoverability, or restoration of Customer Data.
Users are responsible for maintaining independent records and backups of critical business data. Ulysses CRM is not responsible for data loss resulting from user actions, third-party service disruptions, system errors, or unforeseen events.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and regulatory compliance of Customer Data entered into the system. Ulysses CRM does not verify or supervise user-entered data.
Ulysses CRM is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
